Cara Mereset switch Catalyst 2960 CX-series
1. Langkah awal siapkan console dan tancapkan antar laptop dan switch, pastikan switch dalam kondisi mati.
2. Buka apikasi putty, clik serial lalu klik ok.
3. Sebelum switch menyala, tekan dan tahan tombol mode, setelah itu nyalakan switch, tunggu sampai ada tulisan flash_init dan boot

4. hapus konfikan dengan dengan komen; flash_init

5. Hapus vlan.dat dari direktori.

6. Jika sudah selesai ketik boot
switch: boot
